As a Front Office Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth experience. You'll be responsible for managing daily mail, deliveries, and front office supplies, maintaining visitor logs, and adhering to office security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage reception area, greeting and assisting guests upon arrival, directing them to the appropriate person.
  2. Answer, screen, and forward calls professionally; escalate issues as needed.
  3. Maintain accurate records of office expenses and petty cash.
  4. Coordinate with vendors for logistics.
  5. Liaise with internal teams for smooth operations.
  6. Prepare client invoices for stamping and coordinate delivery.
  7. Act as the point of contact for DIC/TECOM/security for office-related matters.
  8. Plan and organize office events (Christmas parties, fitness events, team outings).

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in a similar front office or admin role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
