Key Responsibilities:

- Receive and distribute letters, packages, and other correspondence.">
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence and securing parcels.">
- Check, sort, and forward emails in a timely and efficient manner.">
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.">
- Keep updated records and files, including guest information and office expenses.">
- Monitor office expenses and costs to ensure that they are within budget.">
- Perform other duties as assigned, such as making travel arrangements and scheduling appointments.">
Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
