Channel Growth Strategist

Talent Corner HR Services Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive our channel development efforts in a specific region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our regional distribution network, identifying and onboarding new channel partners, and monitoring their performance to optimize outcomes.
About the Role: As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and maximizing market penetration through strategic channel partnerships. You will work closely with our marketing team to design and implement promotional plans, gather market intelligence to identify potential growth opportunities, and report on sales performance and market trends to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in channel management, preferably within the solar or renewable energy industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in meeting sales targets and utilizing MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Valid driver's license.
Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum.
