Distribution Sales Channel Manager

Job Description:

The Distribution Sales Channel Manager is responsible for ensuring proper servicing and after-sales support to clients. This involves establishing new relationships with clients and new clients, adding market share, and prospecting leads. The role also entails business development, sales reporting, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the successful candidate will gather competitive information, assimilate it for further analysis, and co-own AUM and revenue targets of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and contact potential clients to establish new relationships
  • Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support to clients
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and sales revenue
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and grow the business
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in the Mutual Fund Industry
  • Graduate or MBA degree from a recognized institution
  • NISM certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
