Job Overview

The role of a Business Development Manager - Channel Partner, Real estate background only at Livspace involves channel partner acquisition and account management in the designated zone. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a strong network of real estate brokers in an allocated area and developing partnerships with them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regular visits to channel partners to build a strong influence over the network.
  • Ensuring a continuous flow of customer database and leads through the help of channel partners.
  • Maintaining the highest level of quality in leads, defined as an Experience Centre visit or site visit for each Customer Lead shared by the Channel Partner.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional departments to ensure channel partner satisfaction.
  • FOLLOWING up with internal team members to ensure that appropriate action has been taken on customer requests.
  • Ensuring engagement of channel partners through trust, communication, and service offerings of the company Maintaining the brand image of the company by appropriate code of conduct

Requirements:

  • Minimum a Graduation or Similar Qualification.
  • 1 to 7 years of experience in working with Real Estate Channel Partners is mandatory.
  • Good working knowledge of real estate brokers and their business.
  • Great sales skills with a knack for connecting with the Channel Partners and End Customers alike.
  • Two-wheeler with a valid license.
  • Conversant in English and Hindi or the regional language.
  • Highly motivated individual who is target-driven.
  • Flexible with work timings/ schedule and availability.

Estimated Salary Range: ₹8-12 LPA (dependent on location, experience, and qualifications)
