The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, with experience in supporting technology areas such as AI and GenAI.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with Executive Leadership on strategic initiatives, market research and domain/technology point of views
- Collaborate with Practice Leaders to develop practice and domain capability collaterals
- Support the end-to-end pre-sales cycle of the Business Development team, including proposal writing/bid responses, building relevant collaterals and organizing client events
- Manage sections of deal responses, including solution architecture & articulation, pricing & estimation, case studies, value proposition, win themes etc.
- Gather and report industry information, such as KYC, competitor intelligence, market trends etc.
- Develop ability to learn and contribute across different functional areas, including solutioning, practice development, domain-based pitches, accelerators etc.
- Coordinate and support client visits
- Familiarity with current technologies and trends
- Able to think strategically and creatively
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
This role requires someone who is proactive, flexible and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should be able to thrive in a dynamic team setting and bring a positive attitude to their work.
