The ideal candidate for this role will have extensive experience in Salesforce CRM and a proven track record of delivering business solutions that drive process improvement and growth. As a Salesforce Business Solutions Expert, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs and developing effective solutions to meet those needs.
">- Analyze business requirements and develop strategic solutions to improve business processes.
- Document business requirements and functional/technical specifications for review and delivery to the development team.
- Evaluate, analyze, and communicate system requirements on an ongoing basis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project results and optimize business processes.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce CRM as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
- Change management and project management experience is highly desirable.
- Salesforce Business Analyst Certification and Salesforce Administrator Certification are preferred qualifications.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce platform out-of-the-box functionality.
- A strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- The ability to think strategically and drive business growth through innovative solutions.
