As a Salesforce Business Solutions Expert, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs and developing effective solutions to meet those needs.

  • Analyze business requirements and develop strategic solutions to improve business processes.
  • Document business requirements and functional/technical specifications for review and delivery to the development team.
  • Evaluate, analyze, and communicate system requirements on an ongoing basis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project results and optimize business processes.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce CRM as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
  • Change management and project management experience is highly desirable.
  • Salesforce Business Analyst Certification and Salesforce Administrator Certification are preferred qualifications.
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce platform out-of-the-box functionality.
