Salesforce Delivery Leader / Engineering Manager

This role involves driving end-to-end Salesforce delivery for global enterprise clients. As a senior leader, you will manage complex programs across various Salesforce clouds to ensure high-quality engineering execution, delivery governance, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of Salesforce solutions (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience Cloud)
  • Manage delivery timelines, quality, budgets, and client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and technical teams for solution alignment
  • Build and lead high-performing Salesforce teams
  • Drive Agile, DevOps, and engineering best practices
  • Support pre-sales, solutioning, and internal capability development
Requirements:
  • 17 to 22 years of total IT experience
  • 10+ years in Salesforce delivery or engineering leadership
  • Strong track record with enterprise Salesforce implementations
  • Experience in IT services or consulting environments
  • Exposure to global delivery models and distributed teams
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce delivery methodologies, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
