Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solutions Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing business solutions on the Salesforce platform and providing expert-level support to clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce Clouds, technology, implementation methodologies, and a proven track record of delivering successful projects. You will work closely with clients to gather business requirements, analyze their needs, and develop tailored solutions to meet their goals.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience implementing business solutions on the Salesforce platform
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Sales, CPQ, Revenue, Service, Tableau, Experience Clouds)
  • Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs
  • Implementation experience with ISV/3rd Party Salesforce products and integration platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to translate business objectives and strategy into solution requirements
  • Intellectual curiosity combined with outstanding business analytical skills
