JD: We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst with strong expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Salesforce Administration, and Integration. Requirements:

  • FSC certification and experience (mandatory).
  • Salesforce Admin certification with solid Admin knowledge.
  • Strong BA knowledge (Salesforce / other BA certification preferred).
  • Experience in integration testing using Postman, Swagger (service testing & attribute mapping).
  • High-level understanding of integration middleware tools (Jitterbit, MuleSoft).
  • Ability to map business requirements with Salesforce, identify gaps, and suggest improvements.
  • Skilled in writing queries and performing analysis.
  • Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
  • Ability to identify and mitigate risks in system implementations.
