Hiring a seasoned Closing Operations Manager to lead the delivery of seamless customer closing experiences in the real estate sector.

About the Role

As a key team member, you will be responsible for overseeing post-sales and closing activities. Your primary objective will be to ensure smooth documentation, legal compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute the entire closing process from agreement execution to final settlements.
  • Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Finance, Legal, and Project teams for timely and hassle-free handovers.
  • Maintain statutory compliance including stamp duty, registration, RERA documentation, and taxation.
  • Resolve customer queries related to documentation, possession, and payments.
  • Update accurate customer records and closing-related documentation.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance customer experience during the post-sales phase.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 7+ years' experience in Closing / Assistant Manager – Closing with a reputable real estate developer.
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate documentation, compliance, and registration processes.
  • Strong communication, customer-handling, and coordination skills.
  • Graduate / Post-Graduate (MBA preferred).
