Store Leadership Role

We are seeking an accomplished retail leader to oversee the sales team and drive store success. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for luxury retail, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

This role involves end-to-end ownership of the store, building relationships with high net worth individuals, and developing strategies to increase revenue and meet targets.

The successful candidate will have experience selling to high net worth clients, strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a results-oriented approach to driving sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

Foster a positive work environment, motivating the team to deliver outstanding customer service and exceed expectations.

Engage with customers to build relationships, provide personalized styling advice, and drive sales.

Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and other key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff to enhance their skills and productivity.

Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, cleanliness, and organization to create an inviting shopping environment.

Manage staffing needs, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management, to ensure adequate coverage and staffing levels to meet customer demand.

Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotional activities and events at the store.
