Director of Sales Job Description

As a key member of our Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales strategies and promotional efforts.

  • Develop and implement hotel sales and marketing plans to meet business objectives.
  • Work closely with the Senior Management Team to identify areas for improvement and drive focused activities to enhance business performance.
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Monitor and analyze offers, options, and discounts for repeat bookings to optimize revenue.
  • Lead and develop the sales team by providing coaching, training, and guidance to ensure high performance.
  • Direct the forecasting process to provide accurate and timely information on sales performance.
  • Contribute to the development of company-wide sales and marketing initiatives by recommending and implementing local activities.
  • Deliver comprehensive product and service information to guests through relevant sales channels.
  • Produce regular reports on sales performance to inform business decisions.
