Job Title: Senior SQL Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior SQL Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in database administration, design, and maintenance for SQL Server, MySQL, and MongoDB.

  • Design and implement scalable databases using SQL Server, MySQL, and MongoDB.
  • Maintain databases by ensuring backups and restores are performed regularly.
  • Manage deployments and ensure best practices are followed.
  • Collaborate with the security team to ensure database security.
  • Manage database migrations between servers and versions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with databases.
  • Work with vendor support on any issues that require their assistance.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to databases.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience as a DBA, with a focus on SQL Server, MySQL, and MongoDB.
  • Excellent knowledge of database administration, design, and maintenance for SQL Server, MySQL, and MongoDB.
  • Experience with database migrations and deployments.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work during US Central time zone hours.
  • Experience working with vendor support is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Change Management processes.
