Job Title: University Onboarding Specialist

The primary goal of this role is to develop and execute a strategic plan for acquiring new university partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and acquiring new partnerships, presenting product offerings and demonstrating their value.

\

This involves building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders at universities, including administrators and decision-makers. A tailored approach will be taken to address the unique needs of each partner, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company objectives.

\

The ideal candidate will possess experience in sales strategy, university acquisition, relationship management, customized solutions, and negotiation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for acquiring new university partners.\
  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new university partnerships, presenting product offerings and demonstrating their value.\

Required Skills and Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
