- Key responsibilities include developing strategies to onboard new clients, ensuring sustainable growth, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
Onboarding Process:
- Lead the onboarding process of new educational institutions, providing guidance on how our platform can enhance their services.
- Manage and support institutions during initial stages of adoption, ensuring they have the necessary training and support.
Skills & Qualifications:
