
Regional Talent Acquisitions Specialist

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing campus placements, extensive industry connections, and a strong grasp of how fresh talent recruitment works—especially in rapidly growing domains like Data Science, Analytics, and Software Development.
Main Responsibilities:
- Cultivate relationships with corporates in the respective regions to secure opportunities for fresh talent across campuses and online bootcamp programs.
- Negotiate and maintain strong partnerships with hiring teams at corporates.
- Leverage your established recruiter networks to identify new hiring partnerships.
- Conduct high-quality discussions with recruiters to understand their hiring needs and position our learner pool effectively.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process lifecycle—job description sharing, student shortlisting, scheduling, feedback management, and offer rollouts.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Education: BE. /BTech or MBA from a reputable institution.
- Experience: 3-4 years as a TPO or in a placement-facing role at a Tier 2 Engineering college/B-school.
- Domain Exposure: Prior experience with UG placements and roles in tech-heavy domains (Data Science, Analytics, Software Engineering) is highly desirable.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage recruiters, internal teams, and students effectively.
- Process-Oriented: Strong understanding of campus hiring workflows and placement operations.
- Result-Oriented: Bias for action with a track record of driving outcomes.
