Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and hands-on talent acquisition professional to join our team. The role requires end-to-end ownership of hiring processes for mid-to-senior level positions, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver closures within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned functions – sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and market dynamics.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through active sourcing on platforms and networking.
  • Drive candidate engagement through structured communication and touchpoints to minimize drop-offs.
  • Track recruitment metrics (TAT, cost per hire, source mix, conversion ratios) and present reports to leadership.
  • Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in fast-paced or staffing environments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously with tight timelines.
  • Excellent sourcing skills using social media and direct search.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
