Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced talent acquisition professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruitment, with a strong understanding of the latest trends and best practices.

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and selecting top talent from across the globe, and working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver results.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Post job adverts on various platforms and manage responses
  • Perform active outreach to potential candidates via social media and other channels
  • Develop and implement effective screening and assessment processes, including technical assessments and video interviews
  • Review applications and mark assessments to ensure high-quality candidate selection
  • Conduct background checks on shortlisted candidates and provide feedback to clients
  • Create detailed candidate profiles and present them to clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with institutional partners such as universities and colleges
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance employer branding and presence through events and networking
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Aptitude for working in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
  • Fluent level of written and verbal English, with excellent grammar and spelling skills
  • Minimum 3 years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a startup or scale-up environment, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with this type of setting
