Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with schools, universities, and education service providers in key regions.
- Build strategic partnerships with international institutions to expand our network.
- Represent Rostrum Education at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and services.
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and develop outreach strategies to engage with key decision-makers.
- Provide personalized counseling sessions with students to discuss university options and application support.
- Assist students with applications, including essay writing and supplemental document preparation.
- Offer guidance on standardized tests and scholarship opportunities to help students achieve their goals.
- Help students explore enrichment programs and academic competitions to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Establish a strong school network by initiating partnerships for webinars, consultations, and event collaborations.
- Organize and execute on-campus and virtual events to engage students, parents, and educators.
- Identify opportunities for guest lectures and mentorship sessions to provide valuable insights and expertise.
- Develop a deep understanding of Rostrum's counseling services and work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Conduct business development activities to convert partnerships into revenue-generating opportunities.
- Track key business metrics such as conversion rates and lead generation success to inform strategic decisions.
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution (preferably in Business or a related field).
- 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (education experience is a plus).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to build effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools to streamline business operations.
- Understanding of university admissions and student support programs is essential to delivering high-quality services.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
