Account Management:Oversee and manage the B2 B relationships with educational institutions like colleges and universities.Ensure consistent engagement and smooth communication with clients.???? Business Growth & Expansion:Take ownership of growth in your designated region (Delhi/NCR, Pune, Bangalore, etc.).Work on strategies to onboard new clients (colleges & universities) and ensure sustainable growth.Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.???? Onboarding New Colleges and Universities:Lead the onboarding process of new educational institutions.Help institutions understand how our platform can enhance their services.Manage and support the institutions during the initial stages of adoption.???? Training & Development:Provide necessary training and support to clients, ensuring they are well-equipped to use the platform.Maintain and manage CRM systems to track progress, client issues, and feedback.???? Performance Tracking & Reporting:Regularly analyze growth metrics and ensure goals are met.Share timely updates with internal teams and clients about performance, issues, and opportunities.????
