About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Onboarding Specialist. This role will be responsible for managing a pipeline of candidates, ensuring timely communication and processing documentation.

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking an individual with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal abilities. Previous experience in recruitment or HR is essential, along with exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage candidate pipeline, ensuring swift communication and documentation processing
  • Coordinate training sessions, liaise with trainers, and confirm dates
  • Liaise with Branch Managers and Regional Directors for risk assessments and compliance
  • Data entry and management of candidate files, Compliance Tracker, and Applicant Tracking System

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment or HR
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
