Key Responsibilities:

Business Development
  • Develop business development plans aligned with our strategy for SME clients in the region.
  • Achieve set targets for new and existing clients, manage budgets and financials.
People Management
  • Mentor high-potential talent and develop a continuous talent pipeline for key roles.
  • Enable achievement of goals and KPIs for direct reports through performance management.
Risk and Internal Control
  • Implement risk-related policies and processes, ensuring regulatory requirements are met.
  • Review internal control systems and take corrective action based on audit findings.
