Senior Finance and Operations Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Operations professional to drive smooth day-to-day operations across India and Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Management: Collect and organize invoices, record expenses under the correct heads, prepare project-wise Profit & Loss statements, and provide clear snapshots of the overall P&L for all markets and projects.
- HR and Payroll Administration: Draft and issue offer letters, process monthly salary payouts, deduct TDS and other statutory compliances where applicable, and support basic HR and people operations tasks.
- Administrative Support: Manage travel bookings and logistics, handle paperwork and documentation, and oversee day-to-day administrative tasks.
- A background in finance, accounts, or business administration.
- Comfort with basic HR and payroll processes.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (spreadsheets, docs, etc.).
- Attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records.
- A team player who is also capable of working independently.
