About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team at Snaphunt, a dynamic digital marketing agency based in Noida Sector 57.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is ₹8,00,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Assist in generating high-quality leads through online research, networking, and other channels.
  • Lead Qualification: Filter and qualify leads based on defined criteria to ensure successful prospects.
  • Customer Database Management: Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and relevant information.
  • Sales Support: Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and other sales materials.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the industry.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings with potential clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team activities.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Immediate Availability: Ability to join us immediately for a period of 3-6 months to work from office.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Sales Principles and Customer Service: Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
