Business Development Associate

We are seeking a skilled and proactive individual to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships across key markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Growth & Partnerships:
    • Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with schools, universities, and education service providers to increase revenue streams.
    • Build and execute strategic collaborations with international schools, test prep providers, and university admissions teams.
    • Represent Rostrum Education at conferences, seminars, and networking events to establish and grow relationships.
  • Counseling & Application Support:
    • Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students/applicants to discuss university options and finalize their academic pathways and career goals.
    • Assist students with applications, including essays, personal statements, and supplemental documents.
  • School & University Outreach:
    • Establish an active school network by initiating partnerships for webinars, consultations, and workshops.
    • Organize and execute on-campus and virtual events to engage students, parents, and educators.
  • Sales & Market Expansion:
    • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities in different regions.
    • Initiate phone and video calls with prospective clients (students, parents, and schools).
  • Client & Partner Relationship Management:
    • Ensure a high-quality experience for students, parents, and partners.
    • Work closely with internal teams to facilitate smooth onboarding and collaboration with new partners.
