Job Title: Senior Partnership Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead our education partnerships strategy. This role requires a strong understanding of school systems, distribution networks, and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Identification: Identify potential clients and market segments for promoting our English language learning, literacy-numeracy, and teacher coaching products.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue and achieve targets.
  • Presentation Skills: Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our products, effectively communicating their value to clients.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, distributors, and key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Negotiation skills: Negotiate and close business deals to promote sustained revenue growth.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in education partnerships, literacy programs, teacher training, or B2B/B2G education outreach.
  • Strong network of publishers across pan India.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in the Education industry.
  • Excellent relationship-building, storytelling, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other business tools.
