
Senior Partnership Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead our education partnerships strategy. This role requires a strong understanding of school systems, distribution networks, and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Market Identification: Identify potential clients and market segments for promoting our English language learning, literacy-numeracy, and teacher coaching products.
- Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue and achieve targets.
- Presentation Skills: Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our products, effectively communicating their value to clients.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, distributors, and key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Negotiation skills: Negotiate and close business deals to promote sustained revenue growth.
- Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in education partnerships, literacy programs, teacher training, or B2B/B2G education outreach.
- Strong network of publishers across pan India.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in the Education industry.
- Excellent relationship-building, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other business tools.
