
Senior Partnership Manager

As a senior partnership manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic partnerships with local officials and dealers of Vehicle Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
You will source EV fleet customers in the local EV market through hands-on, direct field work, leveraging your expertise in regional market trends to discover new opportunities for growth.
Manage monthly sales planning with partners and lead the sales funnel, ensuring fluency in the local language and handling local teams and bulk clients for the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, local officials, and dealers.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase EV fleet customer acquisition in the local market.
- Analyze regional market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage the rollout of new regions and onboard partners effectively.
- Lead the sales funnel and manage monthly sales planning with partners.
- Ensure smooth operation of soft and hard collections processes.
- Align regional operations with pan-India retail vehicle finance initiatives.
