We seek a visionary leader to manage our artist and influencer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with top-tier influencers and artists for brand partnerships.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of influencers across YouTube and Instagram, ensuring seamless campaign execution.
  • Nurture long-term relationships with creators and talent agencies, driving mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Cultivate deliverables, negotiate rates and timelines, and track campaign performance in real-time.
  • Act as primary liaison between influencers and stakeholders throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Maintain meticulous records, reports, and follow-ups on influencer interactions and performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to onboard high-profile influencers and artists.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, with prior experience working with brands or influencer networks.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, particularly across YouTube and Instagram.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized with expertise in multitasking and managing complex timelines.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines.
