Role Description

We're looking for a creative, outgoing, and detail-oriented Influencer & Collaboration Manager to join our team in New Delhi. In this role, you'll build and manage relationships with influencers, creators, and brand partners, fueling XTREMEX's growth through content and collaborations.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard relevant influencers, athletes, and creators in the fashion, lifestyle, and fitness space.
  • Manage influencer campaigns from outreach to execution and reporting.
  • Negotiate collaboration deals that deliver ROI.
  • Ensure a steady content pipeline (reels, styling videos, UGC) for marketing.
  • Build long-term relationships with high-performing creators.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align influencer content with ad campaigns, launches, and events.
  • Track KPIs: engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI from collabs.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2 years of experience in influencer marketing / brand collaborations (fashion, streetwear, or lifestyle preferred).
  • Strong network of creators and influencers in India.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of UGC trends, Instagram, YouTube.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize future partnerships.
  • Passion for fashion, streetwear, and youth culture.
