Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Junior Influencer Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain an extensive database of influencers across various categories in India.
  • Develop strong relationships with existing and new influencers, building trust and ensuring seamless collaborations.
  • Negotiate commercials with influencers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Possess excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills to prepare comprehensive campaign reports.
  • Manage expectations from both influencers and internal teams, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Curate a list of top influencers across categories in India.
  • Plan and execute successful campaigns that drive results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or a related field.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, along with exceptional presentation-making abilities.
  • Digital-first mindset, with a passion for the internet and digital world.
  • 6-12 months of experience in an agency setting.
  • Able to decode trends and analytics from data.
  • Strong problem-solving attitude.
  • Passionate about building successful collaborations with influencers.
