Strategic Residential Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Residential Sales Executive to join our team at Raj Realty Group in Mira Road. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving maximum sales targets through mandated and non-mandated sales in the residential segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with builders, investors, and end-customers to ensure achievement of maximum revenue targets.
- Provide advisory services to clients on market conditions, prices, and property purchasing decisions.
- Accompany clients for site visits and display properties to them, managing daily routine calls.
- Engage with various channel partners/brokers and promote sales.
- Participate in active marketing initiatives, attending industry events and exhibitions.
- Stay abreast of developments in the residential real estate sector and understand the impact of micro and macroeconomics on the sector.
- Sell residential properties in the Mumbai market.
- Onboard and manage channel partners, developing a strong network.
- Organize, plan, and implement project-specific sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of the residential real estate market in Mira Road and Bhayandar Area.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.
