Manager - Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager with a strong background in commercial & residential sales specially in South Mumbai/Western Suburbs/Andheri/Navi Mumbai/Thane to lead our residential and commercial real estate sales teams. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving sales performance. This role involves overseeing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, and building lasting client relationships.
Manager - Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the sales team, set targets, and ensure sales goals are met.
• Manage end-to-end sales for residential and commercial properties.
• Develop a robust client pipeline through networking and follow-ups and maintain strong client relationships.
• Monitor market trends and provide clients with informed advice.
Manager - Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales, covering both residential and commercial sectors.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and real estate management systems.

Sr. Associate - Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Sr. Associate to manage the end-to-end sales process for commercial & residential real estate transactions specially in South Mumbai/Western Suburbs/Andheri/Navi Mumbai/Thane. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients from the initial inquiry to final closing. This role requires in-depth knowledge of the commercial & residential real estate market, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Sr. Associate - Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the entire sales cycle for commercial and residential properties, from lead generation to closing.
• Build and maintain a client pipeline through networking, lead follow-ups, and marketing efforts.
• Conduct property tours, showcasing key features to potential clients.
• Negotiate deals, ensure smooth closing, and prepare contracts.
• Develop lasting client relationships, providing ongoing support post-sale.
Sr. Associate - Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• 2-3 years of sales experience in commercial & residential real estate.
• Strong knowledge of real estate markets, including leasing, sales, and property management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and real estate management systems (a plus).
