Manager - Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager with a strong background in commercial & residential sales specially in South Mumbai/Western Suburbs/Andheri/Navi Mumbai/Thane to lead our residential and commercial real estate sales teams. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving sales performance. This role involves overseeing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, and building lasting client relationships.
Manager - Key Responsibilities:
•Lead the sales team, set targets, and ensure sales goals are met.
•Manage end-to-end sales for residential and commercial properties.
•Develop a robust client pipeline through networking and follow-ups and maintain strong client relationships.
•Monitor market trends and provide clients with informed advice.
Manager - Qualifications & Skills:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
•3-5 years of experience in real estate sales, covering both residential and commercial sectors.
•Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
•Proficiency in CRM software and real estate management systems.

Sr. Associate - Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Sr. Associate to manage the end-to-end sales process for commercial & residential real estate transactions specially in South Mumbai/Western Suburbs/Andheri/Navi Mumbai/Thane. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients from the initial inquiry to final closing. This role requires in-depth knowledge of the commercial & residential real estate market, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Sr. Associate - Key Responsibilities:
•Oversee the entire sales cycle for commercial and residential properties, from lead generation to closing.
•Build and maintain a client pipeline through networking, lead follow-ups, and marketing efforts.
•Conduct property tours, showcasing key features to potential clients.
•Negotiate deals, ensure smooth closing, and prepare contracts.
•Develop lasting client relationships, providing ongoing support post-sale.
Sr. Associate - Qualifications & Skills:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
•2-3 years of sales experience in commercial & residential real estate.
•Strong knowledge of real estate markets, including leasing, sales, and property management.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
•Proficiency in CRM software and real estate management systems (a plus).
