**Job Title: ServiceNow SPM Developer**

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer with at least 4 years of hands-on experience to contribute to our organization's success.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions, as well as a strong understanding of Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and SPM-related integrations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and maintain high-quality ServiceNow solutions.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and data transformations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand detailed requirements and deliver products to users.
  • Monitor day-to-day technical tasks to ensure timely delivery.

**Technical Skills Required:**

  • Development experience in SPM and related integrations.
  • Implementing Demand, Project, Resource & Time Management sub-modules.
  • Strong experience in Integration, Data source, and Transform maps.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality, performance, and security.
  • Implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using web services, APIs, and other technologies.
  • Configuring ServiceNow workflows and forms, Scripts.
  • Creating and maintaining ServiceNow objects like tables, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI policies.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, and customization capabilities.
  • Experience with JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs.
  • User Management including groups, users, roles, ACLs, etc.
  • Establish and maintain data integrations to ensure accuracy and consistency.
