Job Overview:
Serve as a seasoned Technical Lead to spearhead the delivery of high-quality ServiceNow solutions across ITOM, HRSD, and ITAM modules.

About the Role:
The selected candidate will lead developers in delivering scalable ServiceNow solutions, collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to define technical requirements, and implement and configure ITOM, HRSD, and ITAM modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor developers to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
  • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to define technical requirements.
  • Implement and configure ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, Event Management), HRSD, and ITAM modules.
  • Design and develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations.
  • Evaluate adherence to coding standards, performance, and platform best practices.
  • Review code, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical guidance.
  • Sustain platform upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance.

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of IT experience with at least 6+ years in ServiceNow.
  • Hands-on expertise in ITOM, HRSD, and ITAM modules.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer).
  • Strong knowledge of CMDB design, integrations, and ITIL processes.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub.
  • Strong communication, team leadership, and problem-solving skills.
