Senior SharePoint Online Architect

We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Online Architect to join our diverse team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SharePoint Online architecture and development, with expertise in Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting and implementing SharePoint Online solutions, including enterprise intranet portals. They will also lead the integration of AI-powered features as SharePoint Copilot, Copilot Studio agents, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement SharePoint Online solutions that meet business needs and align with ISO standards.
  • Develop and maintain governance frameworks, including lifecycle management, permissions, taxonomy, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Provide strategic direction for SharePoint roadmap, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Mentor development teams and support other architects to ensure adherence to best practices and architectural standards.

Requirements:

  • 7 years of experience in SharePoint Online architecture and development.
  • Expertise in Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Power Platform, Azure AD, and Microsoft Purview.
  • Strong experience with SPFx, PowerShell, and AI integrations in Microsoft 365.
  • Proven track record in implementing governance models and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience supporting user adoption and change management initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of mobile security and responsive design principles.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience working in Agile environments, Scrum, and Kanban.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
