About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Architect who can design, lead, and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITOM, HRSD, and ITAM modules. This role requires deep technical expertise, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to drive end-to-end ServiceNow implementations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across ITOM, HRSD, and ITAM.
  • Define and enforce best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.
  • Design and optimize CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management (ITOM).
  • Implement HR Service Delivery processes, workflows, and employee experience portals.
  • Architect and oversee IT Asset Management (Hardware & Software) lifecycle solutions.
  • Lead integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, etc.
  • Provide technical leadership to developers and ensure solution scalability.
  • Participate in governance, code reviews, and platform upgrades.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of IT experience with at least 6+ years in ServiceNow.
  • Proven expertise as a ServiceNow Technical Architect in large-scale implementations.
  • Strong hands-on experience in ITOM (Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, Event Mgmt.), HRSD, and ITAM.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer).
  • Deep understanding of ITIL processes and alignment with ServiceNow capabilities.
  • Experience in system integrations and enterprise architecture.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
