We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Solution Architect to join our team.

  • Design and develop scalable ServiceNow solutions, aligning workflows to business requirements.
  • Develop integrations between ServiceNow and external platforms (REST, SOAP, MID server, etc.).
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions within ServiceNow.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow applications/modules including CSM, SOM, TSM, FSM, ITSM, and ITOM.
  • Build and maintain technical documentation and support knowledge transfer sessions.
  • Troubleshoot issues and ensure system stability and performance.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Solution Architect.
  • Proven experience with CSM, SOM, and TSM modules.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID server).
  • Experience with scripting languages like JavaScript, Glide, and Jelly.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
