Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow FSM Architect to lead the design and implementation of our Field Service Management (FSM) solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on the FSM module.

They will be responsible for designing, configuring, and customizing the FSM module, as well as ensuring seamless integration with other systems and applications.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement ServiceNow FSM solutions
  • Configure and customize the FSM module
  • Ensure seamless integration with other systems and applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Requirements:

- 6+ years of experience in implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions

- Proficient in the ServiceNow core platform, including security, performance, and compliance

- Experience with scripting in the ServiceNow platform using JS Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Angular JS, Jelly, etc.

Soft Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
