Business Growth Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional with 6-10 years of experience in driving business expansion, client relationship management, and revenue growth strategies.

In this role, you will play a key part in driving organizational growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and executing strategies that fuel revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the financial services and corporate sectors
  • Developing and executing business development and sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers to drive client acquisition and retention
  • Enhancing engagement with existing clients to increase revenue and satisfaction
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborating with internal teams to align business objectives
  • Maintaining a strong understanding of products and solutions to effectively present them to clients
  • Meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets consistently

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate qualification such as MBA preferred
  • 6-10 years of experience in sales, business development, or consulting, preferably in financial services or related sectors
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue growth
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
