Tech Support cum Integration Lead


Job Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned Technical Support and Integration Specialist who will serve as the technical backbone for our customers—managing escalated support issues, leading product integrations, and collaborating closely with engineering and product teams.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee technical support operations by resolving high-priority escalations and providing hands-on problem resolution.
  • Develop and manage end-to-end product integrations with client systems (APIs, Webhooks, SSO, CRMs, etc.).
  • Serve as a liaison between clients, Customer Success Managers, and internal product/engineering teams.
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and integration guides.
  • Analyze root causes of client issues and suggest product/feature improvements based on recurring feedback.
  • Design and implement automation tools to streamline repetitive support tasks or diagnostics.
  • Mentor junior support engineers and enhance internal processes and turnaround time.
  • Ensure SLAs, quality benchmarks, and customer satisfaction targets are consistently met.
  • Provide on-premise support services to international clients as required.
