Job Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Support Specialist to lead our integration efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing escalated support issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing expert-level technical guidance to clients.

About the Role :

This is a hands-on, client-facing position that requires both strong technical acumen and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with our engineering and product teams to resolve high-priority escalations, manage end-to-end product integrations, and create technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead technical support operations by resolving complex issues and providing expert problem resolutionOwn and manage end-to-end product integrations with client systems (APIs, Webhooks, SSO, CRMs, etc.)Act as a technical liaison between clients, Customer Success Managers, and internal product/engineering teamsCreate and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and integration guidesPerform root cause analysis and suggest product/feature improvements based on client issues and recurring feedbackBuild and scale internal tools or scripts to automate repetitive support tasks or diagnosticsLead and mentor junior support engineers and help improve internal processes and turnaround timeEvaluate SLAs, quality benchmarks, and customer satisfaction targetsTravel internationally to provide on-premise support when required

Required Skills & Qualifications :

To succeed in this role, you must have 6+ years of experience in technical support, solutions engineering, or integration engineering within a B2B SaaS or enterprise tech environment. You should possess a strong working knowledge of APIs, authentication protocols, web technologies, and SQL/NoSQL databases. Additionally, you should be familiar with streaming platforms, integration with third-party systems, and debugging techniques.
