Job Title: Payroll Services Manager

**Job Description**

  Manage and maintain accurate payroll data for automated processes, ensuring timely triggers or re-runs as required.
  Oversee the management of payroll files for internal systems, uploading them to the General Ledger.
  Prepare and submit tax forms accurately for federal, state, and local jurisdictions by deadlines.
  Submit payroll taxes to authorities, making adjustments as necessary.
  Establish new withholding account numbers through state tax agency websites.
  Execute monthly/quarterly tax job processes as needed.
  Perform payroll reconciliations to ensure accuracy against the General Ledger, resolving discrepancies.
  Set up and process deductions including wage garnishments and child support.
  Assist with international payroll processing while maintaining compliance with foreign regulations.
  Adhere to documentation standards for all payroll deliverables.
  Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and regularly update with changes in processes.
  Collaborate with the US Payroll team to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce with 6-9 years of experience in International or US Payroll Accounting, Master's degree preferred.
- Knowledge of international payroll regulations is preferred.
- Experience with payroll and tax compliance software, Oracle, Vertex, ADP Smart Compliance, and/or ADP Streamline is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks effectively, being a team player and contributing to building a cohesive team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial.
- High math aptitude is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary.
