Job Description: Payroll Specialist (India, US, UK & Europe) Must

Experience Required: 7–10 Years

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist with deep expertise in handling payroll operations across India, US, UK, and Europe. The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of end-to-end payroll management experience, ensuring compliance with local regulations, accuracy in processing, and timely delivery of payroll for multi-country operations.

Responsibilities:


• End-to-End Payroll Management: Process, review, and validate payroll for India, US, UK, and European countries in compliance with local statutory and tax regulations.


• Compliance & Statutory Adherence: Ensure adherence to country-specific labor laws, income tax, PF, social security, pension schemes, and other statutory contributions.


• Global Payroll Coordination: Liaise with international payroll vendors, HR, and finance teams to ensure accurate data flow and alignment of payroll cycles.


• Process Improvement: Identify gaps in payroll processes and implement automation or standardization to improve accuracy and efficiency.


• Audit & Reporting: Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and support internal/external audits across multiple regions.


• Employee Support: Address employee queries related to payroll, taxation, deductions, and pay slips across geographies.


• Data Management: Maintain confidentiality and integrity of employee payroll data in compliance with GDPR and other data protection standards.

Skills & Qualifications


• Knowledge: Strong understanding of statutory laws (PF, ESI, Income Tax, FLSA, HMRC, GDPR, social security, etc.).


• Tools: Hands-on experience with global payroll platforms (e.g., ADP, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, or similar).


• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with global teams.


• Analytical Ability : Strong numerical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
