US Payroll Processor - We are a CPA firm based in Chicago IL. Looking for an experienced payroll processor for number of our small business clients located in various states.

REQUIRED:

Min 2 years of experience with processing US Payroll

Experience working on QB desktop / Payroll Relief

Preferably working for US based CPA firm.

Responsibilities

Run payroll, schedule timely payroll taxes, prepare quarterly and annual payroll returns, amend payroll returns, communicate with client and various departments for payroll related matters.

Qualifications

Excellent English communication, Bachelor's degree in accounting / commerce, Good working knowledge of MS Office, Google spreadsheet. payroll experience on Quickbooks desktop / online will be plus

Experience

Candidate must have previous 1 plus years of experience processing payroll.
