Key Account Manager

Job Overview:

  • Our Key Account Manager will be responsible for building strong relationships with key partners and customers to drive sales growth and business development.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue and market share.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns, product launches, and other initiatives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role or industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Post-graduate training or certification in insurance or a related field.
  • Experience working with financial products or services.

Skills Required:

  • Technical: Good product knowledge, Working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Behavioral: Essential: Interpersonal skills, Communication skills, Creative thinking skills, Supervising / Leadership skills, Teamwork Skills, Influencing skills, Relationship Building skills, Decision making skills. Desired: Post graduate/Insurance specific training.

Work Environment:

  • Full-time position.
  • 40 hours per week.
