Job Description:

The Support - Cold Zone Finishing role involves assisting in the operations and quality control activities in the cold finishing section of our organization. The goal is to ensure that all processes are carried out smoothly, while maintaining product quality compliance and coordinating with other departments to meet production targets and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operations of the cold zone finishing process, ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with established procedures and standards.
  • Utilize technical software and applications to monitor and control operations, ensuring that all data is accurately recorded and reported.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations, conducting regular audits and inspections to identify and rectify any potential issues.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the cold zone finishing process, implementing changes as necessary to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Liaise with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, resolving any conflicts or issues that may arise.
  • Demonstrate a commercial acumen, understanding the wider business context and making decisions that align with our strategic objectives.
  • Foster a culture of entrepreneurship and people excellence, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement among your team.
  • Manage a team of operators, providing guidance and support to ensure they are able to perform their roles effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 Years of experience in a relevant industry.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
