Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Convergent Charging Solutions Specialist to lead our team in delivering tailored technology-enabled business solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute convergent charging strategies for clients, serving as the primary point of contact for enhancements and Master Data.
  • Troubleshoot complex billing transactional issues and oversee Hybris projects from Blueprint to Realization.
  • Design and configure Hybris Billing solutions in areas such as Convergent Charging, Pricing, Invoicing, and FICA for Contract Accounting.
  • Collaborate with clients to implement technology-enabled business solutions that meet their goals.

Required Skills:

  • Expertise in SAP CC web services and APIs.
  • Configure SAP CC (Convergent Charging) – creating price macros, charges, charge plans, mapping tables, range tables.
  • Work on SAP convergent charging upgrade activities along with master and transactional data migration.
  • Export and import process of subscriber accounts.
  • Collaborate with client technical, functional, and basis teams to achieve client goals.
  • SAP CC integration with non-SAP systems.
