Job Title:
Business Development Manager - IT Recruitment (Offshore Clients)

  • This is a full-time onsite role for a Business Development Manager at Aaryavin Services in Noida.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with offshore/domestic clients, and bringing the staffing needs of IT clients.

Responsibilities:

  • 10+ years of experience in business development, client acquisition, and salesIT staffing.
  • Identify partnership opportunities and engage with potential clients to explain the value of partnering with Aaryavin Services and understand how it might align to their business objectives.
  • Design and implement sales strategy and plan for net new business acquisition by prospecting, converting, and onboarding new customers.
  • Ensure that the company achieves its ambitious growth targets by driving qualified lead generation for all Sales Regions.
  • Process and nurture top leads to generate interest in Aaryavin's services and offerings.
  • Process cold data sets to develop awareness of Aaryavin's offering and generate buying intent through multiple channels.
  • Utilize best-in-class tools and technologies to continuously improve business development productivity and performance.
  • Achieving or exceeding monthly lead generation goals.

Requirements:

  • Understanding and expertise in IT staffing.
  • Proven track record in sales, client acquisition, and revenue generation with the ability to meet targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn new technologies.
  • Experience in working with offshore clients and understanding of cultural differences.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience with staffing solutions and recruitment processes.
